Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

The owner is nice and take care their people but they are not fully aware on what going on each department. The administrator do not know how to handle problems; He listens to the supervisors without investigating the roots cause of issues. He get mannipulated by the supervisors The owner should investigate and focus why such people get fired left and right on a department. the owner should get a satisfaction survey on how they supervisor and administrator treated them. I know a department were being treated with fear of being fired when to complain on issues family subordinates do. Who is Ross?
