Northwest Manor is a cozy little facillity located on the near northwest side of town. My family and I think that it's one of Indy's best kept secrets.It may not be as modern as some in the way of it's decor, but the staff and the friendly atmosphere make up for that. There is a genuine loving feeling there. My mother was there for a while and she loved it . If you want your loved one in a kind and loving environment, Northwest Manor is the place to go. The best thing to do is drop by unannounced and you will see what a good place it is.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, it was annoying
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, multiple people had to stand

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all
