This place...it's a complete mockery of what a senior nursing place should be. There are roaches everywhere and yes, the interior looks nice but they don't treat employees with respect. Nurses and CNA's are completely rude and ghetto. Half of their staff are foreign so no one can understand them. No one seems to know what they're doing either. The executive director and the admissions manager will smile in your face and tell you your facility is great but most ALL of their residents have bedsores and aren't taken care of like they should be.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
