Not the worst, but certainly not the best

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Upon entering facility, met with overwhelming odors of body waste. Certain hallways smell worse as you move further inside. Hardly any staff available, except in offices where they hustle up and down halls. Need more caregivers and not office staff. Too many chiefs and definitely not enough Indians. Confused as to who to talk to, who RUNS this place? Residents seen sitting in wheelchairs and at tables with no one attending them, one resident crying, said she hurts and has been sitting there too long. It was well after meal time. Glad we were visiting before placing our relatives here, they are certainly not coming here! Smelly, dirty, lack of staff, sloppy, no thank you. I am so sorry for the people who have to live there, wish we could take them out!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
