This facility has a strong urine odor every time I have visited. The staff are usually talking with one another or on their cell phones, too busy to care for the residents. I would not recommend this facility for anyone.

I couldn't believe how terrible this facility is. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. The staff were very loud and cursing at the desk. The place was so dirty. The air quality was horrible. Everyone looked so unhappy! Truly heartbreaking!

I was very pleased with what I saw, the facility is under new management, there is new people in the management positions and you can see a change occurring.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
