The aides are nasty, nasty, nasty, they barely do their job and forget about ever seeing a smile on their faces. The therapists are awesome across the board, couldn't find nicer, more helpful people in that department. If you have a family member that cannot communicate verbally, forget about putting them here. The staff takes full advantage of the fact your loved one cannot speak and defend themselves. If you lodge a complaint about the staff on behalf of your loved one, the staff WILL and DOES take it out on them when you are not present. The staff doesn't pay much attention to what goes on around them, my loved ones room mate was harassing and abusing my Uncle, and after a year my uncle (who cannot speak and has no use of his right side) freaked out (because his room mate got in bed with him) and Holly Manor instantly makes my uncle out to be the villain. They wanted to send him out for psychological testing and now have him on suicide watch and claim he is causing problems with his new room mate. I find that all very hard to believe considering my uncle cannot talk and cannot even get out of his own bed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not one bit

It could have used some cleaning

No, the equipment needs to be updated
Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, but they said they were going to!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
