Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I feel the care was Ok , nothing great ,nor horrible. The nurses seemed over taxed and frequently short with patience and time. The aids were bad. My 90 year old mother was there with her private hea lth care-taker 24/7 Which took much responsibility off Holly Manor people yet the aids when called came with attitattitude. At the end of my mothers life she was in the hospital but we kept the room at H.M. in case she got better. Unfornately she died at the hospital . When returning to H.M. to get her things I was horrified to see little post-its of workers names on items of hers that they wanted. How horrible! This was my experience.
