The staff is friendly, but patients are made to stay sitting in chairs for hours at a time. They are understaffed. The patient was given medication that the family has specified not to administer, causing adverse affects in patients mental health. The patient was never cared for or bathed unless a prior call was made and visitors expected. The facility smells of feces constantly. The patient's new belongings were constantly lost, never to be found, including wall hangings, cell phones, shoes, socks, slippers, hats, jackets, blankets, etc. The patient had to be removed because of malnutrition and dehydration. The staff tied a rubber glove in belt loops to hold up pants that were put on patient but were not his pants.
