They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I am a resident at Lone Tree Convalescent for the second time. The first time i came was in 2009 and i had a stroke, i felt so insecured the first time but the staff was so good to me i wouldnt want to be in any other place except in Lone Tree Convalescent. The second time that i came i requested to be put in Lone Tree Convalescent Hospital, and by my experience with that facility to me it is like a home away from home. There is nothing bad i could say about this facility, they treat me so well the staff and administration are top notch. Administration treats residents like her family, she is warm and caring. If i encounter any type of problem it is well and swiftly taken care of, with care and understanding. so if anyone had anything bad to say about this facility check your own house, and stop doubting my.
