The admissions staff was was considerate, but made no effort to assist with a physisian's reference for my Mother's care, knowing I had fired her Primary Care Doctor and seeing she required skilled nursing care and knowing her insurance approved the facility. I Private Paid 3 months worth, until I aligned her new Priamry Care Doctor and she was stong enough to leave. Maintaining the correct Medication and records were dangerously unorganized, even after my Mother was sent to the hospital to be detoxed from various drugs, it was a constant battle to keep her meds straight. Rehab services were the only decent care recieved. The food was marginal, at best and the nurses to few for to many patients. The facility often smelled, dust accumulations on furniture and roaches in the bathroom. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. Had I not been desperate to find a facility on that side of town, no way I ever would have gone to this place. I'm definitely not going to be recommending it to any of my friends or family.

They paid close attention to me and my questions were answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have great customer service here. They put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was worried that they were going to wear a heavy cologne, but there was no problem. They made sure that their qualifications were posted. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, they were immaculate!
