Nice looking atmosphere, pleasant smells at almost all times. However several staff and administrators lack patience, care/concern, and understanding regarding how to adequately meet the needs of patients with limiting diagnoses such as brain injury and Alzheimer's. Inadequate amount of staff to meet the needs of the clients. Many patients left in the hallways for extended periods of time. Staff conveniently works primarily with clients who are physically disabled, but demonstrate little tolerance or accomodations for clients who are more dependent and need individualized care.

My mother-in-law was at Baywind Village for three months. The office staff dropped the ball on more than one occaission, then lied about it and the adminitrator sided with the lying employee even after proof was in front of him!
