My mother was in this facility and I think that they did a very good job with her rehabilitation after she had her leg amputated. As in any nursing facility there are some who don't do their jobs as well as others but I really have no complaints about the medical attention she received. My mother has really progressed while being there.

This is a place where they do not care about helping people that really need help. They can see you in distress and act as if you are not there.

This facility is under staffed and the staff they have are very rude and ignorant. I don't understand how the facility can remain open with only (1) elevator working, no towels or sheets available and 2nd & 3rd floor smelling of urine and poop constantly. The entire facility furnishing are outdated on every floor, walls could use a coat of paint. It appears the 1st floor is for rehab patient, so that floor looks just a tab better then the rest of the facility. Staff don't response to patient needs, allowing them to sit in urine or poop for several hours or even all night. If you are depressed this place will only make you more depressed. The website pictures are a joke, rooms look nothing like the website! If I could rate them (-1) that would be the real rating. If you love your family member - Don't put them in Glenshire!

This place is a joke!! They don't care about employees unless you are at a supervisor level. Cna's, laundry, kitchen staff, housekeeping, nursing are all over worked and under staffed. Their has been a few employees that had worked their for years and have passed and either company couldn't show up or send at least flowers. Ex-employee

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
