Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Did not take vitals for my mother and served her ice cold food every day and told her they would not help her get a shower or to and from toilet or around the facility to participate in activities. They were unaware of her condition and what attention she needed daily to stay healthy. Her bed sheet was stained and they had a pad down that was bloodied from the previous resident. The bed was broke and would not sit up. They had two tvs for her and her roommate with no private listening device so it was whomever could blast their tv the loudest was the winner.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it.

The office was horrible.It stinks like very strong piss. I hate to visit that place. Unfortunately my uncle likes it because it's close to his home. My aunt is very very very dissatisfied with having to be there. I truly hate visiting her because she cries to come home, when I try to kiss her on her forehead whenever I arrive and before I depart, she flinches like she's being hit or abused. I also hate visiting my auntt becasue I always have to help other residents. They seem to be neglected as well. Also, regarding the HIPPA law, they let anyone who wants to sit in on a meeting do so. I think that's blatent disregard to the patient. Glenshire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seriously needs new management. If President Obama wasn't bogged down with previous matters I would seriously contact him regarding this nursing care center.
