Dayton/Trotwood Nursing Home Facility, Appears to be understaff as they do not take the residence vitals on a regular basis, residence have been told they only take vitals once a month. But this does not appear to be even happening once a month. Not sure what is happening.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
