Grafton Oaks offers a 100 bed skilled care nursing center that includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Our Registered Nurses provide around the clock coverage. Private and Semi-private rooms are available as well as a Certified Wound Care Nurse, a full time Dietician and much much more.
