5he workers nurces and aids work very hard the home seems under staffed yet the staff tries their hardest.I have a medical condition that could send me to the hospital at anytime yet I dont receive any medication for it.Im told the medication is too expensive although its lower average..

No, they could have used some continuing education courses

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
