Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Definitely, it was nauseating

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Their office was gross dirty dingy!! Smelled. Was not greeted at the door had wheel in my Mom myself. Nurse acted as if were bothering her. Her Name was Kathy Sunday night 9-18-11. The residents were mean to my mom. The room they gave my mom was freezing cold and looked like a prison cell. Dirty. The tables were the eat were dirty She was given a broken Wheelchair and it was broke on left side where her knee was replaced. She was where they could eat but the residents told us she better not that is not her area. We went in that room it smelled like Urine and Feces. The residents sitting at tables had food all over them with no one around to watch them. It was unpleasant. I was told it was a Sunday and Monday would be better. I do not think this place would ever be better. I sucked and I rolled my mom out side put her back in the car myself. Your Nurse Kathy said when your done with the wheel chair just leave it there. WTF!!!!

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it.

Somewhat, it didn't smell very good

No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
