My father was scheduled to stay here for about 2 weeks for physical therapy after illness impaired his ability to walk and take care of himself. Upon touring, the staff seemed friendly and the facility seemed clean. That's where the positive experience ended. It took them 15-30 minutes to assist him every time he pressed the nurse call button to help with the restroom (which he could not do himself), he was left soiled after they "cleaned" him, and when he complained, they seemed to be bothered by him. Not only did he not get the best care, but when we asked for documents that we needed, we found that his SOCIAL SECURITY number was located on everything! Even papers that had been sitting in his room, out in the open, for days. The staff seemed not to be bothered by this at all, nor really acknowledge it as an issue. Honestly, the convenience of location to Edward Hospital was the only plus here. He is no longer in their care, and I really can't recommend this place based on our experience here. If you want my honest opinion, please do not take someone you love here.
