I was in for short re-hab May and part of June, 2018. great room, very good
OT/PT help. It was a very pleasant experience for me. I am 80 years old
and I may be a resident in long term care someday. I attended Sunday service and seeing the long term residents sitting around just depressed me so that I never returned. Bummer!
On the the up side the food was good much of the time, however, thumbs down on the collard greens. Staff worked with me always. Angel was just that,an angel.

My Mom lived here for three months. The staff were great/like family! Very professional and easy to talk to about Mom's health and well being.

10 years ago my husband was a patient there with cancer I signed him out because they refused him his night time medication for pain the nurse said she threw it away. Recently I hurt my knee and had to go to rehab. The only place that had a bed was Cary Rehab. They came to the ER and assured me they had changed so I agreed to go there. They wanted payment in advance I was scheduled to be there for 5 days I paid them. While I was there I take meds 2x a day I was given the WRONG MEDICATION ever time!!! The place is FIFLTHY the food is terrible no diet plan the woman in the next bed was 90 yrs old and diabetic they were giving her carbs and reg. packs of sugar. I Left after 4 days they promised a refund in 2 weeks. Needless to say it is now 4 weeks and I haven't gotten my refunds yet!
DO NOT LEAVE YOU LOVED ONES THERE.. This facility should be closed.

my uncle was sent therefrom hospital. After 1 month there he was in worse shape. He could not walk, was malnourished and legs and feet swollen and bleeding. They sent him home, even though he could not walk and lives alone. They did not bath him for the entire time. Sat in wheelchair all day and never saw a doctor. I would not send my worst enemy there. Call button constantly going off but no one checks on patients.

MY AUNT IS TEMPORARILY RESIDING THERE, HOWEVER WE ARE WORKING VERY HARD TO TRANSFER HER DUE TO POOR CARE, DIRTY ROOM IN GENERAL, NO HAND SOAP SEVERAL TIMES AT THE SINK, AND ONLY A COUPLE OF CARING STAFF APPEAR TO WORK THERE. WE FOUND MY AUNT LYING IN FECES MORE THAN ONCE AND WHEN CALLED FOR HELP THE CNA NAMED JENN OR JENNIFER HAS BEEN RUDE. ON THE OTHER HAND THERE IS A CARING AND LOVELY PERSON NAMED SABRINA WHO WORKS SECOND SHIFT THAT WOULD OFFER EMPLOYMENT TO , TO WORK 1:1 WITH MY AUNT WHEN SHE IS TRANSFERRED. I AM NOT GOING TO ENTER MY NAME B/C I THINK THEY WOULD RETALIATE AGAINST MY AUNT AND THAT WOULD INDEED BE A SAD DAY FOR THE FACILITY B/C I WOULD NOT STOP UNTIL THEY WERE SHUT DOWN. CERTAIN PATIENTS SEEM TO GET BETTER CARE THAN OTHERS.

This is the worst possible facility. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My parent has been ignored and left in tremendous pain without any attention. They do not document what is going on with a patient from one shift to the next. The place does not have good customer service and the medical staff seems completely baffled about what to do with geriatric patients. They clearly do not know how to work the dementia patients. It is just a place to suck money. Patients are left just lying flat without any attention. I am not sure why they call it rehab as they are not doing any rehab.
