Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Call system for patients is an antique! No intercoms...so patient doesn't know when or if someone is going to respond; wait times when bell was rang varied from a few minutes to over 45 minutes. The varying staff (nurses, aides, therapy, etc.) do not seem to communicate with each other so you are constantly getting mixed directions or no response at all because a message you gave one is not given to another. Upon discharge today when I was given her list of medications (some which were new from her hospitalization) I questioned the format as a "prescription". I was told that it was a prescription, only to be told at the pharmacy that the information was not complete for them to be able to fill it! Now surely a rehab facility should know how to do a discharge prescription for patients!

You need to change your survey questions because my answers (due to what you asked) resulted in 4 1/2 stars and I would rate the facility and service at 1 1/2 stars (at best). I don't think that parking is critical to patient care!

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. the customer's always right I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I had to tell them to check my husband for pneumonia, which he did have. Second time he got it they told me he had tests again but did not have it again. Later that day they sent him to the ER with a 103.9 temp and pneuminia! Obviously neither the Dr. on staff nor the RN know what they are doing. Stay FAR FAR AWAY!
