is is an excellent Rehab care Facility, kind , helpful , hardworking staff,but then CNA,s or over worked and not payed nearly enough yet they still try to give the best care possible, over and over again, they go over and beyond.

Very poor communication. They promise to answer any concerns but Billy Thacker never called back after leaving several messages. Had to call someone else what at least called back.
Some of the people actually seem like they want to do well but when an the so called Rehab Liaison doesn't call back, answer emails, or texts it sets the tone.
Didn't do anything he claimed he would do but we sure knew when the insurance would ran out.
Would not recommend it to anyone.
An absolute complete waste of time. While there the patient who had clear lungs caught pneumonia, fell out of bed twice.
The heater would work for 4-5 minutes at a time then blow cold air. But we were told it had to be on 83 degrees for it to work properly.
Guess it just a complete coincidence she caught pneumonia.
A day later was moved to another room.
In worse shape now then when she went in. Stay away!
I understand things happen health wise but there is no excuse to not get questions answered after multiple times asking.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
