Do not send loved ones her unless you wish they were Dead!!! They killed my mother in 2012. The State even came to her in ICU to investigate. They let her get sepsis and did nothing to help. Her doctor was called but was busy golfing. I took her to the dentist a few days prior and she was fine. On my next visit to transport her to her doctor appointment I ended up in emergency. She could barely hold her head up. They admitted her immediately. She died a week later but I still got the bill.

They use volunteers to answer the phone, so therefore you cannot get a phone call to your loved one or get any information....it is ridiculous.....the facility leaves a lot to be desired, the staff is only there for a paycheck not for the love of their job....I wish I could camp out there so I could help with caring for my son and teach them what being dedicated to a job means....which they chose as their profession. I have simplified these comments.....Micki

A dear friend of mine stays there.He said they always treat him well and with respect and are there for him when he needs them. They are nice to me when I visit him.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Staff is pleasant and nurses are generally good but overworked. The place smells like a typical nursing home and the parking situation is terrible. We moved Dad from a gorgeous assisted living place (that we could no longer afford) so this was a depressing move. No other choice.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
