Do not bring your love one here. The smell of the facility is horrible, very short staff. Was not being taking care of properly.

I have been visiting this rehabilitation facility for 14 years. I am a professional in the community. Heidi and Donna are always warm and friendly. The administrator is top notch. I would be very confident in the care my family member would receive. The therapy is also very good. The team members often take the time to visit their past patients at our assisted living community.

Very First Day-----went by to see my cousin and she was sitting in wheel chair trying to eat shaking so bad----air in room was so cold she felt like a block of ice, had to put long sleeve sweater on her and ask for blanket to wrap her in, i was there almost 4 hrs before she even began to warm up with blanket wrap-----------this is totaly UNACCEPTABLE1

I agree with the others that the staffing is a big issue, but I do understand that they can only do so much as they are limited by state regulations! The food has improved a great deal due to new staff, but the food is not the most appetizing. They are like most places as there are some really good staff members that really care about what they do for the patients, but there are those select few that ruin it for the rest. Since some people seem to have a problem with writing the truth in reviews I will leave it at this.....As with any place that is to take care of your loved ones, be diligent in your research and find a suitable facility that meets and/or exceeds your expectations.
