No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

My mother was in Athens Heritage Nursing Home for post-stroke rehabilitation. She was left-side hemiplegic and previously at the hospital had been restrained to keep her from falling or attempting to get out of bed. After 10 days at this facility, one morning, the CNA put her in a wheelchair and left her unattended. She fell out of the wheelchair and broke her nect at C-1/C-2. She died a week later. Her death certificate listed the cause of death as "cardiac arrest secondary to cervical fracture." In other words, they killed her. My family chose this facility b/c it was the highest rated by Medicare. When I went to visit there to obtain my deceased mother's medical records, the place stunk of urine. I'd steer clear of this facility if I were you.
