Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
Recently, I watched my father receive personalized treatment, as opposed as just a room number, at this healthcare facility. The Health Central staff pleasantly greeted our family throughout shift changes. The nurses knew my father’s name and his needs. Thorough explanation of his treatment and timely execution of daily healthcare was the norm. Appropriate response time confirmed that the staff was well informed of his specific needs. Health Central as whole was very well organized. I hope that if anything were to happen to me, I would be blessed with such excellent comprehensive treatment as he did at Health Central in Ocoee.
As his daughter, I not only saw, but felt that his health was first priority at Health Central. I am truly blessed to have witnessed such wonderful care for my loved one and feel confident that if he hadn’t been treated with such attention, his health would not be where it is today. Thank you Health Central for helping my father‘s health and for giving us many more years with the one we love. For that, my family appreciates beyond words.
This was my 2nd stay, the 2nd worst than the 1st (however possible that was). Poor medical care ranged from failing to respond to my claims the introvienous lead was leaking to losing records and failing to provide proper medicatons and Dr. ordered treatments. My complaints of an introvienous lead leaking met with a nurse in a hurry to end her shift, pretending to check for and not finding a leak, gave my hand a pat and said "No leak found" After she changed a towel near me (wet from the leak) I called her back in to show her it was wet again. She still insisted it was not leaking, Called for meds and pain med from her replacement, who looked on in shock as the medication poured out of the lead as quickly as she injected it. Checked and found what the previous nurse couldn't find, THE INTROVIENOUS WAS NOT INSERTED IN MY ARM.
Went 3 day withput my regular blood pressure med cause they lost the files, Took them 2 days to find then, Luckily I had me wife bring the meds from home. They only found my records when I informed them I took my own meds.
Too many incidents to go on. Only will say that I I had a heart attack while walking by the Hospital I refuest treatment there even if it meant dying during transport to another hospital.
I survived my stay even thought they kept trying to kill me
