Excellent Doctor...

the staff at dr. henry's is great, you are always greeted with a smile, and they all know your first name. this is truly more of a hometown orthodontist office than one you would expect to find in upland. i was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable his prices were for my full treatment, and the payment plans were very accomodating as well. i always felt very well taken care of and would recommend this office to anyone in need of teeth straightening.

They have a nice office in Upland and give good service. They treat the patients nice and friendly. My daughter got braces done here last year. Nice facility.

This doctor and his office manager Minh Nguyen are very unprofessional. They were in my face mad when I addressed a problem. They were verbally abusive and didn't practice good business. I had to call the police because the doctor was yelling at me in the lobby and telling the patients about our conversation, which violated HIPPA regulations. I filed a complaint with the Dental Board of California and hope that they will investigate this loose cannon of a doctor. He was yelling at me while my son was present, when I brought up the fact that his office staff gives false information to their clients. He kicked my out of his office while I was waiting for my refund (since obviously I didn't want my son to continue services there). Absolutely ridiculous staff and doctor.
