During my preventive visit I was charged for an additional office visit because Dr. Washington asked leading questions that covered topics out of the permeates of my health care coverage causing me to receive a bill for hundreds of dollars instead of a 100% covered preventive visit.

I really do LOVE the way Dr. Washington takes my concerns seriously. Everytime, I have any questions regarding my health she always answers them and offers the BEST solutions.

I moved out-of-state, but I still kep Dr. Washington as my doctor. I was willing to travel the seven hour distance for my appointments. Dr. Washington is warm, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am so greatful unto LORD for her.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated.
