They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
