They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Ask specific questions and be sure to get your answers before you leave the exam room. He is thourgh with no long waiting time to be seen.

No, they were very calm and understanding

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
