I was referred to Dr Morin by my family Doctor. His office staff seemed overwhelmed & could/would not answer any of my questions; they referred me to Dr Morin. Dr Morin was professional but seemed busy, distracted and uninterested in my situation @ first. When he returned to the exam room w/ his laryngoscope, he was more engaged & pleasant.

I don't need to be cottled or babied - I can handle being spoken to w/ candor. However, as a professional, I'm accustomed to being addressed w/ a minimal amount of respect. So, Dr Morin's first impression was somewhat unpleasant.

He spent approx 10-15mins w/ me total; his bill was almost $500...

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
