Dr. T is professional and knowledgeable AND he does not have the best bedside manner, but I did not go looking for a best friend when i found out my son had brain cancer when he was 6. I went looking for someone who could keep him alive and stick with us for whatever was to come. Dr. Taylor has been my son's neurologist for 14 years. He was always very professional; extremely knowledgeable and had my son's best interests at heart.

Dr. Taylor MAY be a bright individual. We could not tolerate more than three visits with him. He was condescending and insulting. He scoffed at our questions. It was impossible to partner with him to make decisions regarding our child's health and well-being. Office staff were not friendly. Go to VCU!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is professional but not extremely friendly. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I needed to, I'd go back.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

******Dr. Taylor was rude. For most of my child's visits, he asks 1 or 2 questions, watches, my child and then send us on our way. The last visit, when I asked him to write my child's prescription in liquid form, he replied that he does not do that. I told him that the child's primary care provider had done it in the past. He told me, then go to the primary care provider and slammed the door in our faces--after he had my money. I will not recommend him to anyone. He was not professional at all! I do not plan to go back to his office.*****

No, there was no annoying music

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
