I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They did such an amazing job at making sure all my questions were answered. I feel confident in their care.

Their equipment was super advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed with how high-tech everything was. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Dr. Taylor listened to the concerns we were having with our son. Scheduled tests (quickly) and got results we had been looking for over a year to get...and he had it completed in a month!! I was amazed. I am so appreciative.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They don't deal with children who have a vp shunt.
