Dr. O'Donnell is one of the kindest, most competant doctors I've ever met. They are mostly on schedule, except when he has to attend emergency calls from the hospital. But that is understandable - I'm glad he follows his own patients in the hospital rather than handing them off to some hospitalist who has never seen me before. He has a great sense of humor and is very professional. His staff is absolutely wonderful too. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
