The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
