The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Dr. Taylor never wore any perfume that I could tell. She was always extremely professional. I would recommend their office to anyone.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
