This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. .The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Dr was not friendly or 4;warm" in any kind of way, she made me feel as if I was wasting her time.
