Their prices were fair. They could work on improving their level of customer service here, the nursing staff can be a little blunt and uncaring. The doctor was extremely caring, but the rest of the staff was a bit dissapointing.

They also have a poor track record with documentation and keeping up with records. Multiple times I've submitted forms which have been lost and asked to re-submit them, a time wasting task.

The technology was impressive, the doctors and PAs all use touch screen computers, but the system still has bugs. I've asked multiple times to have an allergy I don't have removed from my record and it keeps coming back

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
