Their office equipment was in spectacular shape- all state-of-the art and very advanced. I was impressed. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.
