It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. The doctor was helpful and I felt encouraged. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
