Dr. Lacy is a wonderful doctor! I have been in her care for many, many years. She helped me get through breast cancer with her compassion and caring bedside manner. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable! She answered all my medical questions that some of my other care givers could not!

Dr. Lacy is the best gynecologist in El Paso TX. She is very caring knowledgeable about her practice and will take the time to listen to you and see what's going on with your health. I will highly recommend Dr. Lacy to anybody.

Do not go to this doctor. I was a fool and gave her a chance for too long. In more than 15 visits, I got to see her twice, each time for about 45 seconds. You will never talk to her. I am starting to believe she is not even in the office. She took a MONTH to read my Ultra Sound results, and even then, I had to be the one that called. The desk staff is very rude. One time they told me: "Well, whatever you want to do... if you want to call everyday, you can. It doesn't matter". They treat you like a number. Zero customer service. NPs are good, but it seems this doctor is not running any show. You will never see her, and she will never explain to you any results or options. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!! Almost any other doctor will be better than her. So disappointed at this medical "Professional". She is not. It is not only that she takes long (if ever) to call back. She just doesn't seem to know what she is talking about. Don't waist your time and HEALTH with her. STAY AWAY!!!

I went to the practice with pelvic pain. It wasn't earth shattering pelvic pain but uncomfortable, persistent as was not the case before. I saw NP Nancy Solis whom I really liked. She requested an US and when the US showed a cyst she advised of a follow up in 8weeks. I did the follow up which the cyst was still there &she recommended a consult with Dr Lacy. drLacy completely dismissed my consult, saying there is nothing here that concerns me your cyst is the size of a regular egg. I never saw the report nor did she acknowledge that there was more than one US reflecting the same cyst which Ms Solis advised likened it to a cystic tumor vs a functional cyst. However after laying there naked for an hour &listening to her talk about how hungry she was for lunch and asking staff about their glucose levels &if they were hungry I said its not even worth it For the record it was also my lunch hour and I missed an impt meeting to wait there for hours for a lousy uninformative follow up. When I asked a Starr member "How are you"? Her response was "I'm here." I can't imagine I'd have a job if I acted like that with my clients.

The medical staff provides great service and they are very thorough, however, I wasn't overly impressed with the administrative staff. They are unwelcoming and each time I've had had an appointment or have had to call to make an appointment I feel as if I am inconveniencing them. They are not proactive when it comes to helping. I only continue to come here because of Dr. Lacy.

I had a horrible experience at this office. The staff has zero customer service skills, very incompetent, no training on how to run an office. I had an appointment which I made three weeks in advance (ask for time off work), show up 30 min prior to my appointment as instructed to be greeted as NO 'you are not in the system'...its not our fault, and besides there are 13 people in the office and it could have been anyone you talked to. We will 'accommodate' you and fill out 'as quickly as possible' the paperwork. After filling all the paperwork, I sat for more than one hour until I noticed that people that showed way after me were seen the only one waiting and waiting for an hour and a half was ME. I then asked the front desk how more long I had to wait, and she said there were people besides me so it might take one or more hours to keep waiting. I asked if I could leave and then they can call me to come back as I live pretty near their office...their answer was NO. I told them how sad their MD was losing a patient due to lack of training of her front desk staff...they just shrug their shoulders. Dr. Lacy should look into training her staff, unfortunately she lost a patient due to her incompetent and rude staff.
