They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They did not knock before entering the exam room, and chose to just barge right in. It caught me off guard and I was very uncomfortable. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The office was easy enough to find. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.

I have had many doctors, military and civilian. However, Dr. Lacy is by far the best that I have had. She is a pleasure to visit with, and very straight forward about what she feels your needs require and allows you to be part of the decision making, She always has a smile and you feel like you are visiting
your best friend. I can honestly say I would travel from any state to have her take care of me. My husband said you act as if you think she hang the moon, and I said if she didn’t she was up there with the crew.

SHE AND HER STAFF ARE GREAT!!
