They are located in a safe neighborhood. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that the waiting room is overcrowded. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They had quite a few interesting magazines. They always listen to any concerns I may have.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know how to address the needs of the patient . They are always able to answer my questions. Friendly place with good people.

The office was easy enough to find. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
