I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Dea for over 10 years and I find him to be an exceptional physician. He has always been very helpful in explaining his diagnosis or telling me the various things that could be driving my symptoms. I live in Dallas but happily drive to Colleyville, which in and of itself should speak highly of his quality of service.

Too bossy and scolding. Tries to get rid of you in a hurry. Won't listen to your problems because all he sees in your eyes is $$$$ signs! Doesn't give the impression that he cares. That is sad.
