I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They didn't answer any of my questions! They were very unresponsive and gave me no information. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
