I chose Dr. Z because my thyroid is at a stand still. I was scheduled to come in 30 minutes prior to when they actually called me . The staff are never friendly.The waiting area is filled with self promotional articles about Dr. Z and her husband and how she's been voted the best by her peers. I guess her peers haven't been her patients.

Then they put you in an exam room to wait for another 30 minutes. Even though I made the appt with Dr. Zaniewski, I was seen by PA's for the first 4 visits. I kept asking to see Dr. Z. They said, you'll see her the next time. I have been there 8 times and seen her once.

Her husband is the tech who does the scans. He's rude, does not even say hello when he enters the room, does not talk to you at all, is always at least 45 minutes late if you have the first appt of the day and the last time I was there, he never said a word from the time he walked in to the room, did the scan, kicked the stool away from the exam table so I had to hop off and walked out and left me there.

They should have on Dr. treat you. They chose to have you jockey back and forth in a very unorganized fashion. Is this a day spa or a medical practice treating life threatening illness as an Endocrinology practice would do. It is sort of disorganized, and lacks any professionalism really. ... too bad!!

I was pleased with the friendliness of the doctor. It is something I look for in health care providers. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
