They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I had horrible cystic acne, and after years of disappointing treatment, Dr. Jan finally made it go away. Thank you, Dr. Jan.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They are nice but overbooked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The doctor and staff were friendly and accommodating.
