I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Dr. Schwartz is a charming and nice doctor, however, I had to wait two hours past my appointment time the two times I went there. Apparently that is a common occurence, because I heard several irate patients yelling at the front desk staff during my visits. Because of this, I decided to see another dermatologist. If time is not a factor for you, however, I would recommend her. She is great, and she sends you off with a lot of wonderful samples and coupons.
