They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

My lab results (taken in January) said that I was diabetic. I went in for a head cold at the end of March and was given a surprise shot of insulin and a prescription for diabetic meds. No test results were mailed to me. I did not receive a phone call or anything. Thank GOD nothing happened because I had no idea I was diabetic, nor did anyone in my family. Dr. Khandekar's office could have at least called me for an appointment to discuss it, but they did not. She ordered her assistant to give me the shot of insulin in my arm (through the vein in the center) rather than in my stomach. For the head cold, she never examined me. She simply gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and sent me on my way.
