The receptionists are condescending. The knowing glances they exchange as patients walk up or ask for information is insulting. I really don't think that Dr. Freeland cares very much about her patients. When I gave her a complete work up on me -- blood analysis, bone density, balance, heart test, and additional recommendations for a cancer survivor, Dr. Freeland hardly looked at it. In fact, she ordered tests that had already been done at the other facility. Tests were cancelled when I pointed out that she already had the results.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
