Dr. Habashy is a very skilled and competent doctor, I have watched his practice grow considerably over the years. That is his problem. His practice is much bigger than he can take care of. It is very difficult to actually see the doctor. You will likely see one of his nurse practitioners or a medical intern instead.
All of records are on slips of paper, and twice they have lost important information on me. I asked for a refill of a medicine that they had given me as a sample, but they couldn't find a record of what it was.
The have sent me off to have expensive tests, but you have to call them to get the results (they will not call you)
The last time I called three times and never could get the results. I had to go in person to get them.
As much as I like Dr. Habashy, I have had to go somewhere else for better care.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
